This consultation takes place usually 3 weeks after the initial lifestyle consultation and is primarily to check progress with any treatment that has been undertaken, and to look at other lifestyle aspects that may not have been covered in detail during the first consultation. It is also a good chance to ask questions and review your understanding of the fundamentals.
Further follow-up consultations can take place in subsequent months and these will depend on how things progress and typically become less frequent as you learn to manage most lifestyle aspects more easily on your own.

(Vaidya) Dr. Dhanada also recommends doing Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis to individual (HTMA), is an analytical test which measures the mineral content of the hair. The sampled hair, obtained by cutting the first inch and one-half of growth closest to the scalp at the nape of the neck, is prepared in a licensed clinical laboratory through a series of chemical and high temperature digestive procedures. Testing is then performed using highly sophisticated detection equipment and methods to achieve the most accurate and precise results.

- Each follow-up visit generally takes 45 to 60 min. We will discuss the results from the previous two weeks, review your progress, and integrate more Ayurveda based practices as appropriate.
